Bingo That’s Bonkers, the north’s leading Bingo events company, has just added a new date tour date to their calendar – the first of its kind to hit Blackburn.
The event, being held at Blackburn’s Empire Theatre on Friday July 16, promises to give players ‘the craziest bingo session they’ve ever had’.
Complemented by an 80s and 90s music soundtrack, hosted by Djs John Ashley and Pez, Bingo That’s Bonkers is ‘chaotic from start to finish’.
A spokesperson for the company said: “Before the coronvirus pandemic hit our shows were doing really well but then unfortunately we had to stop.
“We’re coming back bigger than ever though and we’ve decided to move out of Burnley and Manchester and bring the shows to other towns and cities.”
Pre-pandemic the bingo events company operated in Leeds, Manchester, Burnley and Blackpool, and has since been welcomed back by people looking to have a night of madness after a year of lockdowns.
Company officials say past events have sold out in under four hours, with upcoming shows at Morecambe’s Winter Gardens and Blackpool’s Central Pier Show Bar also selling out.
The spokesperson added: “We’ve got all kinds of madness – drags queens, Keith Lemon XXL, who is the number one Keith Lemon impersonator in the country.
“We say to everyone to ‘expect the unexpected'”
The dates for the Blackburn event are Friday July 16 at 7.30pm.
Tickets for the event are selling fast so to ensure you don’t miss out, head to the Bingo That’s Bonkers website for more information: www.bingothatsbonkers.co.uk
